The AirRofan zipline in the Achensee Lake area is not just any ordinary zipline! On this ride, you can feel like you are truly soaring through the air like an eagle. The innovative structure of the zipline is shaped like an eagle. The descent from the top of the mountain, which is at an altitude of 2040 meters above sea level, covers 600 meters, and the height difference between the starting and ending points is 200 meters. The zipline can reach a speed of about 80 kilometers per hour!
The unique structure of the zipline allows 4 people to fly together at a dizzying speed down the mountain.
The zipline is a short walk from the upper cable car station on Mount Rofan. It operates in summer and winter. To get to the zipline, you must take the cable car to the top of the mountain. You can find more information about the cable car to the summit in our detailed article about Lake Achensee.
Important to note:
- The minimum height for the zipline is 1.30 meters.
- Only children aged 10 and over can go on the ride.

- Winter (September to early November): From 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

- A single flight ticket is valid for the day of purchase. A ticket for 3 flights is valid until the end of the season.
