Winzerhaus Kitzler

This guesthouse is located in the village of Rohrendorf, near the town of Krems. The small village is known as “the front garden of the Wachau Valley” and has a long tradition of viticulture and wine production. The wine street in the village is considered the longest in all of Austria. Kitzler Guesthouse has been well-known among wine lovers for many years. Here, you can enjoy not only fine wine but also high-quality accommodation in one of the 3 rooms offered to visitors. The rooms are well-equipped and include a balcony. Weinhof Aufreiter

When the apricot trees are in full bloom (in the weeks of late March and early April), it’s definitely worth staying at this rural guesthouse. This place is the starting point of the apricot orchard trail in Wachau. You can even purchase a backpack and picnic food here for an enjoyable picnic among the apricot orchards. This accommodation is designed in a rustic style, and the rooms are pleasant and classic for the region. Some rooms have balconies overlooking the apricot trees, and of course, meals with wonderful local dishes are served. Click for more information, reviews, and photos.

Weinlodge Siedler

The Siedler family combines viticulture and wine production with tourism in a modern and beautiful way. Rich meals with a variety of local dishes are served here. Click for more information, reviews, and photos.

Frühstückspension 1000-Eimerberg

In German, the word “Eimer” means bucket. And “Eimerberg” means “bucket mountain.” You’re probably asking yourself, why is the place called “1000 Bucket Mountain”? A rather strange name… According to the locals, the name comes from the fact that about 1000 buckets of wine were prepared here. At the foot of the mountain, in the village of Spitz in the heart of the valley, you’ll find this nice guesthouse. The rooms are in an ancient historic building and exude a classic and historic atmosphere. The typical breakfast with the best Wachau products adds to the overall experience. Click for more information, reviews, and photos.

Weinhauer Brustbauer

In the famous village of Dürnstein, the Brustbauer family dedicates their lives to the art of producing high-quality Wachau wine and striving to be as close to nature as possible. Alongside the on-site restaurant, there are 4 guest apartments with Danube views. You can expect local food and nice activities like summer cinema and an artistic program. Click for more information, reviews, and photos.

The rooms are well-equipped, and some offer views of the vineyards in the area. As part of the hotel, there is a small spa area. The hotel offers several culinary options with local dishes, vegetarian dishes, and more! Click for more information, reviews, and photos.
