The Käpt’n Hook adventure pool is located in the area of the small towns of Saalbach and Hinterglemm.
The main occupation of the local residents is tourism. Tourists come to the area mainly in the winter months when the mountain slopes are covered in snow and ready for skiing and snowboarding. In the summer months, the area offers beautiful hiking trails and other sports activities such as mountain biking, canyoning, mountain climbing, paragliding, and refreshing water activities.
The adventure pool is undoubtedly one of the most beloved attractions in the area on hot summer days. This pool includes a variety of attractions, and not just for young children. On-site, there are several water slides, a climbing net in the water, pools, a beach volleyball court, and more.
The pool is outdoors and therefore only open during the summer months. The swimming season at this pool ends at the beginning of September.
