1. How many kilometers does the rental price include?
The mileage allowance depends on the selected package and rental duration. With the code AU26, you are entitled to free mileage.
Standard:
- 1-3 days: 300 km per day
- 4-10 days: 250 km per day
- 11-20 days: 200 km per day
- 21-30 days: 150 km per day
Premium (includes comprehensive insurance SCDW and zero excess):
- 1-3 days: 400 km per day
- 4 days and more: unlimited kilometers
2. What is the payment in case of cancellation?
Cancellation up to 48 hours is free of charge or penalty. Cancellation less than 48 hours before the start of the rental incurs a charge of €50.
3. Is there an additional charge for crossing borders?
There is no border crossing fee for the following countries: Czech Republic, Austria, Hungary, and Slovakia. Crossing to other countries incurs an additional charge.
4. How much is the deposit, and how do you pay it?
The deposit is made by credit card only.
- For a regular car, the deposit is €300
- For a large vehicle (van), the deposit is €500
5. When do you pay the full rental amount?
Upon picking up the vehicle.
6. Is it possible to pick up and return the car at any time?
Yes, BARKRO’s service is available 24/7/365. There is a nominal fee of €15 for pickup and return outside of regular business hours.
7. Is it possible to get the car at Vienna’s airport or in the center of Vienna?
Absolutely! Please note that there will be an additional charge for delivering and collecting the car in Vienna.
8. Wich documents should you bring for the car pickup?
- Passport
- A valid driver’s license for every driver listed in the rental agreement. You must also hold an international driving license.
- A credit card in the name of the person listed in the car rental contract.
If you don’t have one of the required documents at the time of rental, BARKRO may refuse to provide the vehicle and charge you €50 for the cancellation.
